International Business Development Director

The company does not only grow in size, but also in the number of services provided. LiveChat Service has expanded from a mere provider of chat services to a chat software developer and data driven marketing company, providing companies and organizations a comprehensive solution that is unique in the market.
To accelerate and control the international growth, we are looking for a hands-on International Business Development Director.
In this position you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in a series of European countries, including: the United Kingdom, Spain, France and Germany. You will build an effective partner network and operate as the leading force coordinating the international growth. You know what needs to happen to attract new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing relations. You are a real goalgetter that does not leave any chance to score untapped. Moreover, you will work closely with other departments within LiveChat Service, because you agree on the fact that sales doesn’t end with a signed offer.
- You will build an international partner network in which you also execute sales activities.
- You approach prospects and existing relations proactively and follow up on leads you are handed from different channels.
- You will create a thorough sales plan and think of creative sales activities.
- You are a sparring partner for clients, partners and the management team.
- You will establish clear alignment and good cooperation with your colleagues and our domestic and foreign partners.
- You work in Rotterdam, but your business activities will also take place abroad.
- You will report in a clear manner
Who are you?
- You have a Bachelor degree with a number of years of relevant (international) work experience, for example as a sales- or accountmanager.
- You have experience with commercial relations management with small and large accounts.
- You are a hunter, builder and teamplayer in one.
- Your English is fluent and you are good at evaluating differences between countries.
- You have a talent for creative solutions and are not afraid of a challenge.
- You have affinity and experience with conversational commerce and online marketing.
- You are a commercial person that stands its ground.
- You are proactive and don’t wait for opportunities, but chase them.
