No, the livechat software is installed on our own server. So you do not have to install any software or carry out maintenance. The only work you need to do is cut and paste a number of lines of code into the source code of your website. If you do not maintain your site yourself, your web designer can do this for you or we can add these rules ourselves. In the latter case, you will need to provide us with the login details of your FTP server.
