Can I decide for myself until what time the chat is active?

We work with two timetables. You can choose to be live from 09:00-21:00 or from 09:00-23:00. In practice, we see among our customers that the vast majority of them choose to be live until 23:00 hrs because the chat is used to its maximum extent.
